I've just put my finger on what was making me feel this picture was wrong. Her left arm looks too long and thus adds to the strangeness of the positioning of her shoulder. It seems her left shoulder may be dislocated; which was not my intent. It could fit with what's going on in the scene, of course, but it's still not what I intended. Bah!
