Although All over the house is primarily a gag-a-day comic, there have been several storylines.  Each is summarised here, with a link to the first part.

• Going camping – Having now practised enough to get confident, Emily and Tesrin head out into the country for a nice, relaxing holiday.
• Accidental time trip – In which we discover Tesrin should never be let near dangerous equipment.
• Homeward bound – An accident with a spellbook lands Emily and Tesrin far from home.
• All over the mouse – Stuck in the strange world of Blobland, Emily and Tesrin must team up with Nob T. Mouse and friends if they ever want to make it back home.
• Vote Westwood – A long-running plot arc involving Emily’s decision to enter politics. Begins with the expenses scandal and runs all the way up to the 2010 General Election:
